TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order or submitting an enquiry to Eweneek Crafts, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

Delivery:- While every effort is made to deliver items ordered within the estimated delivery time, occasionally delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Eweneek Crafts does not guarantee a delivery date and has no liability to you for claims as a result of any delay. Currently we can only offer UK shipping.

Returns:- If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item providing it is in the original packaging in an unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and postal costs for all returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is faulty we will refund the cost of the order and postage. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the cost of the order and the postage, on receipt of the goods being returned in saleable condition.

No refunds are given on books, patterns, class bookings or gift  vouchers.
